Customer Service Manager

Hufsy is looking for a startup-minded Customer Service Manager to join our Berlin office and help realize our mission: to reinvent how businesses handle money and do banking. You will be handling Customer Service tasks for the company and the position is full-time with salary. You will be in contact with the Copenhagen team on a daily basis and the tasks in the position are:
  • Resolve customer queries via phone, emails and social media
  • Initiate and drive new ideas that would help improve the process
  • Understand user needs and behavior
  • Own the customer experience and work to exceed their expectations
  • Be the customer advocate for all “solver teams” and help them to tackle complicated problems as they arise
  • Solve problems with originality and efficiently escalate when necessary
  • Educate and empower our customers

German and English are the working languages and you should be a native German speaker. Fluency in English is also a must.

  • Experience using social media or web-based software, including Twitter, Facebook, Google Apps
  • Knowledge of common help desk/ticketing solutions
